Melissa Hague

Melissa has long been an advocate for women and women’s rights. From representing women who have been taken advantage of by pharmaceutical and medical device companies to women who have been sexually assaulted, she has passionately fought to get justice for women who have been taken advantage of. She has represented women across the country who were harmed by medical devices and pharmaceutical drugs targeting women and intended for medical issues that only affect women. Through her representation of hundreds of women across the country, who have been preyed on for decades by the pharmaceutical industry, Melissa’s passion for representing victims has expanded to sexual assault victims.

“Justice will not be served until those who are unaffected are as outraged as those who are.”

-Benjamin Franklin

Melissa has developed a reputation as a sensitive, compassionate and fearless advocate. Her tenacity for defending assault victims along with her knowledge of the civil court system has allowed her to obtain justice for her clients. While empathetic to her clients and the trauma they have experienced, she is not afraid to stand up to powerful defendants who thrive on intimidation tactics.

Paige Murray

Paige Murray, who assists on these cases, has been an advocate for women’s health and safety for many years. Paige studied at Brooklyn College, where her political science research argued against the unjust taxation of women’s hygiene products. She was a passionate leader in the women’s center, where she helped collect donations for teen mothers. She knows that no matter your circumstances, you have a fundamental right to personal health and safety.

Together, we will break the cycle of abuse.

As an advocate for the health and safety of women Paige worked on social reform at the New York State Assembly where she witnessed firsthand the change that can come from the voices of those who are often silenced. Victims of sexual assault deserve to be heard and respected. Paige helps guide clients through the process by offering compassion and understanding. She knows that sexual violence is never the fault of the victim and works to make sure that each client learns to believe that as well. Melissa and Paige work together to protect victims through the legal process to an ensure they do not experience any further harm or trauma so each victim can get the help they deserve and are not defined by this tragic event.
